Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:

• United States, Canada, UK, Australia: 5–18 business days
• Europe: 12–20 business days
• Other countries: 15–25 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons (November–January) or due to customs clearance.

Tracking Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email within 3–5 days after shipment. Track your order at 17track.net.

Customs & Duties Most orders arrive without additional charges. However, import duties or taxes may apply in some countries — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of the shipping date, contact us at support@sunprotecta.com — we'll resend or refund, no questions asked.
